Printed Books outshine digital versions

Printed books are proven to support better learning and memory. According to research readers of printed text books tend to absorb and retain information better than those reading the same content on screens. The physical design and layout of a book helps the brain navigate and remember where information is located, boosting comprehension.

Even in today’s digital age, printed books have not only survived—they’ve grown in popularity. Many people now choose physical books over digital versions because of the unique benefits they offer. Holding a book in your hands, turning its pages, and even the smell of paper creates a deeper, more personal reading experience. It allows readers to disconnect from screens and enjoy focused, uninterrupted time.

Books are incredibly functional. They don’t require batteries or internet access, can be read anywhere, and are easy to highlight or mark for future reference. A good book can be passed down, shared, or kept on a shelf to revisit time and again—giving it a long lifespan.

What options are there in printing books

Books are extremely versatile and many options are available. Normally the inners are printed on an uncoated stock, 80gsm bond. And in the case of authors books or novels, they normally have black text inside and are then perfect bound (glue spine) with a soft drawn-on cover. For the more expensive options suited to coffee table books,  innners can pritnd on a thicker coated stock, inners are then section sewn for durability and layflat properties, and encased into hard covers for durability.
