Training Manuals
Having a printed manual that can be written in and used for additional notes, highlighting or underlining key points to remember, is crucial and aids the learning process. Research has shown that those learning using printed manuals and/or text books have a much higher retention than those doing so purely online.
Insides printed throughout in full colour or black and white, on 80gsm Bond with the front and back cover printed full colour, both sides on 250gsm Matt. Folded, Trimmed and Wire bound with option to Laminate for protection. Trimmed to size and boxed. Options on 8 to 100 inside pages to allow for total flexibility.

- Before uploading your Training Manual artwork, please check that the size matches our specified sizing
- Please check before uploading that all Training Manual artwork is print-ready. See link below if you have any doubts
- For best results, make sure all elements of your Training Manual design are in high resolution
- Convert any RGB to CMYK before uploading your Training Manual file to us and please check your black text is not made out of all 4 colours (CMYK)
- Don’t forget to allow for a good 12mm from the side for the punch holes of the wire or spiral binding and keep your inside copy away from the trim edges by at least 4mm and away from the 12mm punching allowance (therefore 16mm to your safe area)
- Please note that the outer covers are printed one side only in full colour and the insides can either be full colour or black and white
